Open Day 2006

OPEN DAY 2006.
We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who turned up to our Open Day, again we had a great day despite the weather not being the best!, and special thanks to Colin Withers who arrived early to put his very nice SVR on show, if you watched the DVD on the lap top he supplied you will know all about its very interesting backround, spec etc, we were only sorry we could not get it in side for a better look. (Too low) Also a massive thank you to all our family members and friends who helped on the day with drinks etc, we could not manage without them, and finally a big thank you to all the companies who sent various goods for display/sale to make the day more interesting, and Alan Holt who came along for the whole day with his van full of tools.
We would normally have lots of pictures for you to see of the day but due to a technical problem we only have one of the SVR but below we have still listed the Draw/Quiz winners,

The main Draw winners were as follows,
1st prize (Stereo/CD/MP3 Player) went to Mr G.Weeks, 2nd Prize went to Mrs.B. White, 3rd Prize went to Mr.B.Flower, 4th Prize went to Mr.D.Moran
(Donated by MGOC), 5th Prize went to P,De -Reuck and the 6th Prize went
to Mrs W.Cable.

Find the Stars quiz, (the answer was Radiator), all the correct answers were put in a hat and the lucky winners were 1st (A Clock Radio) went to Mr.G.Barnes, 2nd prize went to Mrs.H.Burke (Donated by MOSS) and 3rd prize went to Mrs.A.Harrison.

Guess the weight quiz, (The nearest answers were also put in a hat and the three prize winners were. 1st (Screw driver set) went to Mr.D Chandler, 2nd prize went to Mr.J.Hawkins (Donated by MOSS), 3rd prize went to Mrs.F.Holland (Donated by MGOC).
