Tiger Best
Bitter - 4.2 abv |
A true best bitter with a clean, well-balanced, malty, hoppy flavour and a
delightful hoppy aroma.
The pleasing copper colour and full body, both stem from high quality
ingredients, like Maris Otter barley and Crystal malt which are used in
the brew. The character of the ale, as with most Everards ales, is
enhanced by the traditional technique of 'Dry Hopping' - where whole, dry,
aromatic East-Kent Goldings hops are added by hand to each cask of the ale
prior to conditioning.
An ale which has almost universal appeal due to the fine balance of
English malt and hops. The finish is long, dry and extremely satisfying. |
